How Can You Help ?
As you can expect, many hands are needed to pull off a large event. The more help, the better the party.
The following "hands" are needed at this time:
- Telephone Callers - to call your class' members to update their file and see if they're coming.
- Transporters - to pick up out-of-town members, from the airport or their home, if near you.
- Set-up Crew - to pick up supplies and set up the party room.
- Clean-up Crew - to stay after the party and clean the room for the school.
- You name it - there's always something unplanned to handle.
